Stainless Steel Pipe
Stainless steel pipe is a hollow long round or other cross-section metal pipe made of stainless steel as the main material, with the characteristics of corrosion resistance, high strength, high temperature resistance and hygienic performance. Stainless steel pipe is a tubular product made by melting, casting, rolling or extruding stainless steel (such as 304, 316 and other alloys) and then welding or seamless process. Its core component is an iron-based alloy containing at least 10.5% chromium (Cr), and elements such as nickel (Ni) and molybdenum (Mo) may be added to enhance performance.
Size Range
Outer diameter
Small diameter pipe: Φ6mm~Φ89mm (commonly used in precision instruments, medical, food and other industries).
Medium diameter pipe: Φ89mm~Φ325mm (commonly used in industrial pipelines and structural supports).
Large diameter pipe: Φ325mm~Φ2000mm or more (used in petroleum, chemical industry, large building structures, mostly welded pipes).
Wall thickness
Thin wall pipe: 0.1mm~3.0mm (decorative pipe, furniture pipe, precision rolling required).
Conventional wall thickness: 3.0mm~10mm (industrial fluid transportation, mechanical structure).
Thick wall/high pressure pipe: 10mm~50mm or more (petroleum cracking, nuclear power high pressure pipeline, mostly seamless pipe).
Length
Standard length: 1m~6m (straight pipe, easy to transport and process).
Customized length: welded pipe can be continuously produced for more than 12m (such as gas pipeline).

Common Materials
1. Austenitic stainless steel
Features: non-magnetic, corrosion-resistant, weldable, good plasticity
2. Ferritic stainless steel
Features: magnetic, chloride stress corrosion resistance, low cost
3. Martensitic stainless steel
Features: high strength, heat-treatable, wear-resistant, but poor corrosion resistance
4. Duplex stainless steel
Features: austenite + ferrite mixed structure, high strength + corrosion resistance
