Technical Director

Job Description:

1. Responsible for the preparation of construction organization design and special construction plans for construction projects;

2. Responsible for the technical briefing of various project plans, organizing and guiding technicians to prepare various technical materials for the project, and doing a good job in inspection and test management;

3. Responsible for the implementation of the technical plan for the project construction process, monitoring the correctness and standardization of technical practices;

4. Organize the review of project drawings and solve technical problems during the construction process;

5. Study the construction drawings, and propose practical technical improvements and design optimizations during the construction process to achieve the purpose of reducing project costs; .

6. Promote the technical research of engineering construction during the project construction, prepare technical summaries in time, and do a good job in technical summaries after completion.

Job Requirements:

1. Majors in architecture, civil engineering, and civil engineering, with a college degree or above;

2. More than 3 years of on-site technical management experience in construction enterprises;

3. Familiar with and master the relevant national construction technical specifications, industry standards, construction processes and acceptance procedures;

4. Intermediate or above technical titles, first-level construction engineer (architecture) qualification is preferred.
